Finnish capital at different times of the year

Maarit Salolainen’s collection of the same name, created in collaboration with the brand Venesto, is the memories of the Finnish capital woven into the fabric, as no tourist has ever seen it.

Mood of the city

Long walks along the embankments, Bach and Sibelius sonatas, the smell of the sea, a dog running beside me, grass in the forest covered with the first frost. Each fabric has its own character and special design, drawn by nature itself and carefully recreated by Maarit. Their combination allowed to create a European-style ecological, thoughtful and original collection. A little secret: the designer personally walked around the city and took photos, which later formed the basis of the catalog.

High quality

The main materials used in production are wool, linen, viscose. Polyester in the composition makes the fabrics comfortable in everyday use. Thanks to this, a balance of high quality and pleasant price is achieved.
