All pleated fabrics are safe for health and are suitable for residential and office use – as confirmed by the international hygienic certificate Oeko-tex
Operation
Pleated blinds are intended for use only in heated rooms. Electrically operated products are not recommended for installation in areas with high humidity
Care
Caution, do not use caustic or alkaline detergents for window cleaning, which may directly or indirectly (condensation) get on the fabric of the curtains
[Recommendations for care]
* Wet cleaning is not recommended for all systems and fabrics. For example, fabrics with a Blackout backing, honeycomb fabrics and electrically operated systems cannot be treated in the manner shown below. Light wiping with a damp soft cloth or dry cleaning is acceptable.
1. Remove the pleated blinds.
2. Prepare a warm solution (30 °C) of mild detergent and immerse the pleated fabric for a short time (5–10 minutes).
3. Rinse the pleated blinds thoroughly with clean water.
4. Fold tightly and squeeze out the water. Leave the pleated blinds on a dry towel for 15–30 minutes — no water should drip from them.
5. Reinstall the pleated blinds and let them dry in the folded position.
6. During drying (about 12 hours), periodically open and close the blinds several times to prevent the fabric folds from sticking together. Important: do not iron the fabric.
With proper use and care, pleated curtains will last a long time and provide comfortable sun protection.
