Natural motifs and abstract elements embodied with embroidery, jacquard weaving, digital prints. Artistic ornaments and graphics with art stylization and with clear processing of elements.
MAGNOLIA is an unusual combination of an ornament of Asian magnolia branches with splashes of multicolored ink. The silhouetted shadows seem to guess the second layer of the painting – a rough sketch in pencil. The flowers are characterized by a light, barely noticeable shimmer, thanks to which they gain volume in the folds and visually separate from the fabric. The base is matte, resembling an imitation of natural wild silk, and the pattern is digitally printed on jacquard fabric.
PANSY MEADOW is a multicolor 3D fabric with pansies blooming on dobby linen, which refers to art naïf, the naive art of France. On it to the digital print in the form of divots and marble veins added three-color multilayer embroidery, which allowed to achieve the effect of three-dimensional, three-dimensional pattern. The base of the design is lightweight, slightly transmits light and imitates cotton canvas. The fabric itself is pleasantly heavy, well draped. The viscose thread embroidery does not add rigidity to the folds, it is deliberately cut from the dense pistils and stamens and diverges to the edges reminiscent of strokes lines.
The “speaking” name SILHOUETTE indicates the silhouette pattern of thin twigs and their shadows. The lines of the stems are evenly distributed on the fabric and the pattern’s backstitching makes the fabric appear more matte and refined. The three-dimensional volume and depth executed with the help of digital print on jacquard emphasize the gracefulness of the pattern, which evokes associations with live paintings, when the object is illuminated and shadows are created on the wall. The fabric is able to visually change the space, to make it larger due to even uneven, but vertical strokes.
ART STROKES is a multilayered embroidered imitation of artistic mastichine strokes on a blended hornbill fabric composed of 25% cotton and 76% polyester. The fabric references visual-kinesthetic art, in which three-dimensional figures and silhouettes are often created with threads. At the same time, light and dark shades of color blend together perfectly, weaving into the threads and creating the harmony of the fabric. The shading of the embroidery creates a light shimmer that artistically plays off the embroidery on a dense, matte fabric.
BARGELLO LEAVES fabric imitates the technique of Florentine Bargello embroidery. However, in this case it is stylized to the collection in a softer reading. The multicolored voluminous embroidery consists of 100% cotton threads on a coarse, colored canvas, which is particularly soft thanks to 45% viscose and 15% linen combined with 40% polyester. The composition of the fabric best reveal its beauty and emphasize how elaborate, unusual, spectacular and textured it is. The embroidery is very dense, made on a slightly translucent canvas and allows light to shine through the veins, creating a play of light and shadow in the interior.
ETUDE is the beginning of beginnings, the artist’s canvas. Available in 18 shades, this monochromatic blended base fabric with 24% cotton and 76% polyester composition can be an ideal companion to any of the ART SEASONS designs, as the unobtrusive and understated texture successfully emphasizes the main idea. The fabric is matte, not smooth, with a slight fluff of cotton. Due to the use of natural thread we see the characteristic texture. A good width of 2.85 meters allows you not to restrain your inner artist.
